Privacy policy
Plain language, no small print: this is exactly what the app keeps and what it does with it.

What we collect
Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and photo attached to that account.
Ticket photos you take or upload. They are stored privately, not publicly, and are used only to read the ticket.
What the app read from the ticket and what you entered yourself: game, draw date, numbers, what the ticket cost, the result and any prize.
Messages you send through the Feedback page, and general usage counts such as how many scans were made. These are never used to identify you.
How a ticket photo is used
Your photo is sent to an AI reading service so it can be transcribed, and the numbers it reads are compared with the Colorado Lottery's own published results. The photo is not published, not shown to other users, and not used to train anything.
The photo is used for the reading and nothing else: it is not added to your history, not shown to other users, and not used to train anything.
Your history keeps the numbers and the result, never the picture itself.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not show it to other users, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not ask for your Social Security number, your bank details or the full print on a winning ticket.
If you ask for a summary of your tickets, it is emailed to your own account address with a spreadsheet attached. We do not send marketing email to addresses that are not registered to the app.
Keeping and deleting your data
Tickets stay in your history until you remove them, and you can delete any ticket from your history at any time.
To have your account and everything in it removed, send a request from the Feedback page; the request is actioned and your history deleted.
Who can see your data
Only you can open your history. The people who run the app can access records only to operate and support the service, for example to look into a fault you report.
Children
Lottery tickets can only be bought by adults, so this app is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly keep data about children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions, or a request to remove your data, can be sent through the Feedback page.
